Independent Ms Goes Italian

I tried another variation of savoury oats this morning.  You make up the oats with boiling water in the same way, then add a tablespoon of tomato purée, half a tablespoon of garlic purée, a chopped vegan sausage, and spices - I used salt, pepper, and a premixed Garlic Italian spice, which included oregano, basil, and some garlic granules.

Again, it's super filling, and so proteiny. And quick!

If you had a bit more time, you could try frying up half an onion and a tomato or two, and mixing those in. That'd be nice.
