English Muffins (1 per person)
Butter Substitute (I used Pure dairy-free sunflower margarine, but up to you).
Flat-Leaf Parsley (that is, the tiny little leaves chopped in a spice jar. You could also use powdered parsley or fresh parsley).
- Slice the English Muffins into fourths (lengthways). This bit is optional.
- Mix the garlic butter in the following proportions; 1 tablespoon "butter", 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon parsley.
- Spread the butter onto the english muffins.
- Put under the grill and toast until the butter is all melty and nice.
You could also just microwave it for ten seconds.
I like to add fake cheese. Grate/slice it on and nuke it in the microwave for a few seconds so it melts properly.
